Scott Beardsley and his band Parris Bridge just dropped a new EP entitled �Dreams.� The inspiration for this EP and the individual songs come from a lot of different places and some involve some heavy topics. This EP marks a new place for the band who had previously released a single entitled �Ghost Stories.�
The first Olympic games were held in the eighth century BC by the Greeks. For centuries men would compete for days in different events such as wrestling, boxing, chariot racing, the discus and javelin throws. The different city-states would compete against one another simply for the right to represent their city-states with the coveted olive-wreath, according to Bleacher Report.

NGU went urban for the cultural event on Friday, November 18.
The North Greenville University Campus Band leads worship for the student body every Wednesday in chapel. On top of this, the band also travels on weekends to lead worship church around the state. This semester, their last outing was Nov. 19 and 20 to Spring Valley Baptist Church in Columbia, S.C.
�I�ve never taught on the university level before,� said McIntyre, �This is a new challenge for me.�
