Ariona Imel, Staff Writer

While bored in your dorm, you may find yourself looking for something to watch on Hulu or Netflix. Most of the time people will just re-watch shows they’ve already seen before, but once done with that you will need something new to watch. So here are a few suggestions of some underrated shows for you to watch.

This American sitcom is about a bunch of store workers that work at a superstore called Cloud 9. Cloud 9 is managed by Glen who is a clueless and annoyingly happy person, his assistant Dina is a rule follower, boss wannabe. Amy is a single mother trying to juggle work and maintaining a relationship with her daughter, once getting into the show you’ll see the rest of the workers. This show is so funny and keeps you entertained, most people I ask haven’t heard of this show so if you haven’t watched it you definitely should.

This show is about a guy named Jeff Winger who wanted to become a lawyer but got turned down. So, he goes back to Greendale Community College and there he gets a job. While there he meets a girl and makes up that he is a “tutor” and offers to help her with Spanish. Not only does she show up, but she invites a bunch of other people who needed help also. Though Winger has no idea what he’s doing, he keeps on with tutoring and the group grows closely together.

This show is about people who fail at baking and such, who try to compete and win the $10,000 prize. Throughout this show you’ll most definitely grimace and cringe at these so called “masterpieces,” but in the end somebody wins and usually their desserts are pretty decent. Pastry chef Jacques Torres and Nicole Byer host this dessert competition and get the pleasure of watching these bakers make sad attempts at their given challenges.
