In today’s age of sports, athletes are seeming to become bigger, faster and stronger and the demand for high-profiled athletes is growing. In the day and age where social media can be a platform for athletes, the spotlight has grown bigger than life and the young rising talent isn’t shying away from it.
The world of sports is being taken by storm by the amount of young talent there is pick from. True freshman are stepping into big time programs and making an immediate impact to franchises that are putting their hopes and future into an 18-year-old kid; the sports world is changing.
1. Odell Beckham Jr.
The 24-year-old Odell Beckham, Jr, is one of the most known and exciting players to watch on and off the field. From his one-handed catches to his dance moves, “OBJ” is one to watch through his third NFL season. Beckham has racked over 4,000 receiving yards; more that any WR in the first three years.
2. Ezekiel Elliott
A 21-year-old rookie for the Dallas Cowboys, Ezekiel Elliott has over 1,200 yards rushing through only 11 games and 11 TDs to go with it. At this rate Elliott is a shoe-in candidate for Rookie of the year.
