Humans of NGU: Casey Fox
Drake Burton, Staff Writer
Many North Greenville University students enjoy playing basketball during their free time on campus. One of those students is Casey Fox. Casey is a freshman at NGU who spends many evenings playing basketball or volleyball. He plays on the flag football team as well as the volleyball team.
When Casey is not playing sports or singing, he enjoys watching television; mainly football, and playing video games. He brought his Xbox 360 with him to his dorm and plays games such as Army of Two and Call of Duty: Ghosts.
Casey is an active member at his home church, which he attends regularly. He usually goes home for the weekends instead of staying on campus, since he only lives about half an hour away from campus.
Casey sometimes has problems with sleeping through his alarm, which has caused him to miss a few classes. He could certainly benefit from a much louder alarm clock to wake him up in the morning.
Casey is majoring in music and he loves to sing. He was one of the contestants for “Freshman’s Got Talent,” in which he sang a song titled “Breathe.” When asked about his plans after he graduates, Casey said “I want to have a career selling songs that I write.”
