Loving follows the 1967 Supreme Court verdict of Loving v. Virginia, which replaced prior laws or judicial code that had made it illegal for interracial marriages to exist and beautifully depicts the peaks and valleys that the Loving family had to traverse, in a film that truly captures the imagination.
A tale as old as time: NGU prof participates in ‘Beauty and the Beast’
Cheryl Greene, the coordinator of the voice program for the College of Fine Arts at North Greenville University, brought the signature role of Madame de la Grande Bouche, or Belle’s wardrobe in Beauty and the Beast. Her signature costume and theatrical movements helped the classic Disney film come to life on the stage.
