3D printing in the military

Under the FAB AE program, 3D printing is making its way to the battle field. 3D printing is in the experimental stages for military use. According to www.3dprintpulse.com, “all devices in the experiment were made using a material that could be sterilized on-site, meaning that tools like the scalpel could be used immediately.”
