Looking for Easter eggs? I’ve found just the place.
Rebecca Holmes, Entertainment Editor
As the Easter holiday is rapidly approaching, big white bunnies, Easter egg hunts, and crazed children are popping up everywhere. If you find yourself wondering where can I go to hunt these coveted eggs, then I’ve got just the place for you.
Each year the Mauldin, S.C. hosts an extremely popular event, the Community Easter Egg Drop. Each year the the city of Mauldin stuffs thousands of eggs with goodies. These eggs are then dropped from a helicopter above. As I’m sure you’re already aware, the goal is to collect as many eggs as possible.
This event is free to the public; it attracts thousands, so be sure and arrive early.
This year’s Community Easter Egg Drop is going to be held on April 13 at Sunset Park from 12:00 pm. to 4:00 pm. Follow this link for more information.
