Join the hype of Lauren Daigle’s newest album

You have most likely heard of the female Christian artist, Lauren Daigle. She has become a well-known singer over the last few years with popular songs like “Trust In You,” “How Can It Be,” and “First.” These are all from her previous album How Can It Be, but Lauren Daigle recently dropped her newest album, Look Up Child on Sept. 7, 2018, and it has been a roaring success ever since the release date.

It is almost unbelievable how well Lauren Daigle’s newest album has done so far. It has soared on the charts since its release, surpassed many famous artists with popular albums and many influential people have supported and promoted Lauren Daigle and her album throughout this journey.

Last week, CBN News announced that Look Up Child reached No. 3 on the Billboard 200 chart surpassing well-known artists such as Ariana Grande, Drake and Nicki Minaj. Billboard Charts tweeted that Lauren Daigle was also the first ever Christian artist to simultaneously reach No. 1 on all five of the top Christian music charts.

On top of that, sales have been through the roof. Billboard reports just how successful of a sales week Lauren Daigle has had with Look Up Child. According to sales, it has been the most successful Christian album in nine years, and it has been the most successful female Christian album in over 20 years.

Selena Gomez was seen on Instagram promoting Look Up Child. This has definitely boosted the success of Lauren Daigle’s newest album. Selena Gomez first posted a picture where she was listening to the album in her car on her Instagram story. She then posted a video of herself and Aodan King singing the album in the car in another Instagram story. Selena Gomez showing support for Look Up Child has done wonders for Lauren Daigle and her newest album.

Ally Brooke from the singing group, Fifth Harmony, shouted out Look Up Child when a fan asked her about her current favorite song on twitter. Ally Brooke specifically says she loves the song “You Say” from the new album, but she also thinks the entire album itself is wonderful.

Lauren Daigle’s Look Up Child has not only been supported and promoted in the media by musicians. Sports fans have also been exposed to the singer’s newest album. Kelli Masters, an influential sports agent, also went to twitter to express her thoughts for Lauren Daigle’s song “You Say” from the album. She compares Lauren Daigle to Adele in her tweet and expresses how much she loves the song. This has led some friends of hers from the NFL to also fall in love with Lauren Daigle’s newest album and lead some of them closer to their faith.
