Fast food fights: Twitter edition
Ariona Imel, Staff Writer
Twitter. Millions of people have it, and we’ve all gone on there to vent about a situation or person. You’ll see celebs or political figures on there throwing shade at one another. Even competing fast foods businesses like McDonald’s, Burger King and Wendy’s are getting in on the action.
Seems a little humorous for fast food restaurants to be on Twitter making fun of each other. But when you read some of the tweets they tag each other in, they’ll definitely make you laugh. For the most part, McDonald’s is at the center of the feud.
It seems that McDonald’s is the main restaurant to be picked on with its obviously unhealthy food. If you know McDonald’s, then you will know that their meat is cooked frozen instead of fresh. Wendy’s knew right where to hit, for National Frozen Food day.
For the most part, it seems that Burger King and McDonald’s are always at each other, competing with their burgers. Both companies enjoy insulting each other to get a reaction from their followers.
McDonald’s is definitely trying to make their burgers seem healthier, but Wendy’s knows what is really going on.
