On Sunday, February 9, the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles played against each other in the 59th Super Bowl. NGU held a party in Todd Dining Hall for students to come together and watch.

When you walked through the front doors, you were met with festive football decor to make you feel like you were tailgating with friends.

An inflatable screen was set up in the center of the dining hall for students to enjoy watching the Super Bowl on the big screen.

Along with the tables, lawn chairs were also set up at the front for additional, flexible seating.

Game day foods such as chicken wings tossed in sauce were served for dinner.

A group of friends grabbed their favorite foods and a table to sit and enjoy the game together.

Only watching the Super Bowl for Taylor’s boyfriend? Don’t worry, they had Taylor Swift stickers, bracelets and bingo for Swiftie’s too.

As the game kicks off, students turned their attention to the screen as their favorite team runs out on the field.

Fun, interactive games such as commercial bingo were available to play during the game. If a brand that was on your card had a commercial played during the Super Bowl, you could put a marker on it for a chance to win.
The Eagles took home the win for the Super Bowl championship, beating the Chiefs 40-22.
