Jedi or not, here they come

There are bad shows and good shows out in the world. Some specifically on different platforms or others specifically offered in different countries. Disney+ has many shows, and The Obi-Wan Kenobi Series happens to be one of the many good shows on the platform. Fans who love Star Wars would most enjoy this show.
The Obi-Wan series released two episodes on May 27, 2022. Then, the platform continued a one episode weekly release system. Each episode ranges from 60 minutes to 39 minutes. Since the series has been out for a while, anyone can binge watch it on Disney+.
According to shortlist.com, “Adding all those up and the run time is 228 minutes – if you take away all the ‘previously’ and rather long end credits, then that ‘marathon’ run time also does seem to point to a 90-minute finale.” Once the finale came out, in total the airtime was 5hrs.
Deborah Chow directed the Obi-Wan series. She also directed another Disney series called The Mandalorian, but only two episodes. Since the show is part of the Star Wars storyline, the casting director Carmen Cuba brought back Ewan McGregor as Obi-Wan. Then later in March, Cuba had picked out almost the entire cast.
According to Indiewire.com, “Disney announced a slew of other cast members in late March: Moses Ingram, Joel Edgerton, Bonnie Piesse, Kumail Nanjiani, Indira Varma, Rupert Friend, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Sung Kang, Simone Kessell, and Benny Safdie will all appear in the series.” Some of these cast members are favorites or play main roles in different films or shows. So, Cuba picked actors she thought were great for the roles needed.
In Obi-Wan, the series takes place between the events of Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope. Obi-Wan continues to stay hidden on Tatooine from the Sith as they hunt for any remaining Jedi across the galaxy.
Eventually a group of Inquisitors are on the hunt for Obi-Wan and continue searching for him throughout the series. According to Draftkings.com, “Pursuing Kenobi will be the Inquisitors, a group of hunters that serve the Empire and are led by the Grand Inquisitor. While the Inquisitors hunt all of the remaining Jedi, their pursuit of Obi-Wan Kenobi carries extra weight not only because of Kenobi’s reputation but also because of the reason they are pursuing the Master Jedi.”
Obi-Wan has to run from them and is confronted with yet another problem that he can only help with.
