Everyone say “cheese!”. . . pizza

Everyone say “cheese!”. . . pizza

Riley Belle Kinard, Visual Arts Editor

Tuesday, September 17, CMSE turned Todd Dining hall into an Italian pizzeria. They hosted a pizza night where students could make their own pizza. There was music and candles to make you feel like you were in a scene of Ratatouille and every pizza topping you could think of was on hand.

After getting their pizza crust, Marjorie Parrillo, senior interdisciplinary studies major, and Savannah Williams, senior communications major, wait in line to start adding the toppings.

Server Grace Yoder, junior interdisciplinary studies major, helps students add toppings of their choice to their pizzas as they come through the line.

Will Shaw, junior youth ministry major, and Allyson Roberts, Christian ministry major, welcome students at the door.

Parker Foster, junior interdisciplinary studies major, Leilani Nelson, student activities director, and Logan Sowers, junior Christian studies major, put their pizza cooking skills to the test in the kitchen.

Friends like Beau Bradley, senior strategic communications major, Micah Stewart, junior Spanish major, Mallory Arp, junior Christian studies major, and Maggie Cooley, junior early childhood major, hang out after finishing their pizza that they made.

Parker Foster, junior interdisciplinary studies major, and Chloe Moser, junior physical education major, write down students’ orders as they hand their pizza off to be cooked.

Jordan Bezek, senior interdisciplinary studies major, Julia Edwards, freshman sports management major, and Talia Vecchio, freshman English major, added all of the toppings to the pizza and are waiting for it to go in the oven.

Kate Phillips and Kaylee Cortez, both freshman elementary education majors, are excited for their pizza to go in the oven.

Friends Tabitha Littlefield and Merena Russeau, both senior elementary education majors, make a pizza together to share later.

Friends sit down in the Italian ambience to hang out and enjoy their pizza once it came out of the oven.
