A friendship through every season: Go on an adventure with Frog and Toad

North Greenville University’s theatre department presents “A Year With Frog and Toad” the musical. Take a peek into the adventures of this heart warming production.

The stage is set with backdrops painted by senior Renee Drake and theatre professor Bess Park.

Frog and Toad cast sings an opening song dedicated to the coming of spring.

Logan Stewart, junior, plays Toad. Stewart waters the flowers in his garden to symbolize the growth of spring.

After spring, comes summer. Junior Alyse Barrett, Frog, decides whether to help Toad or not from embarrassment. Senior Jaylan Brinson, Turtle, enjoys the riverbank.

The cast performs the exhilarating song “Cookies.”

Fall is in the air. Frog and Toad rake up leaves in each other’s yard.

Sophomore Caleb Riley and Brinson play “The Large and Terrible Frog.”

It’s snowing. Frog and Toad take a sled on an adventure for a winter activity.

To end off this year of adventure, Frog and Toad enjoy a cup of hot cocoa as Christmas is just around the corner.

“A Year With Frog and Toad” runs September 21, 22 and 23 as well as September 28, 29 and 30. The show begins at 7:30 p.m. and has a run time of one hour.
