NGU Students Get Paid

Adrianna Austin, Contributing Writer

North Greenville University paid students various amounts of money this week. The Department of Education got these funds through the High Education Emergency Relief fund. Many colleges and universities should have received the grants.

The various amounts of money given out are based on economic status and parent information on the FAFSA, Senior Director of Student Services at NGU, Keli Sewell said.

This is the third round of grants given out and the federal government will decide to continue the fund.

Students all across campus were impacted by the simple gift of a few extra dollars in their pockets…how they spend it, is up to them.
