Tolli McWhite, Staff Writer

As time winds down, stress winds up. Midterms at NGU took place Oct. 18 – 21, and before students could enjoy fall break, they had to survive the stress of exams. Here are five students’ guides to winding down when classroom stress starts winding up.

“When I am feeling midterm stress, I like go get my favorite coffee at Dunkin.” said Gigi Magbee, junior health science major.
Katy Reyes, junior communications major, said, “Cry. Haha just kidding, but something that helps me is to look ahead and organize my week so I can be prepared.”
Ashley Olson, junior early childhood education major said, “I like to make color coordinated to-do lists and listen to music while I do work to help me relax.”
Isaiah Cruver, sophomore business major said, “I don’t really get stressed, but when I do I hang out with friends and play some basketball.”
Cleburne Grey, junior business major said, “I like to fish and get outdoors in nature and get peace and quiet.”
