Students got vaccinated at North Greenville University on September 29th. Prisma Health rolled its mobile clinic to campus to provide the Pfizer COVID vaccine for the community.
“It was quicker than I expected” said NGU Student, Victor Loaiza.
The clinic was held at the back of the Avery Wood library where tents were set up and drive through service was available. People rolled up in their cars and students could walk right from their dorm, making the process easy and efficient.
People ages 12 and up in the community were welcome to receiving the vaccine on campus. “The school does not require vaccinations,” said Executive Vice President of NGU, Rich Grimm, but wanted to provide for those who wanted them.
