Monkey wanders downtown Beijing | Global Times

A mysterious monkey has recently been seen roaming the streets of Beijing. The employees of Beijing’s wild animal rescue center are currently in search for the wandering monkey.

It has been reported so far that the monkey did show up on campus at Beijing University of Tech in the Chaoyang district. The Beijing News said, “We will shelter and give treatment to the monkey, if we can get our hands on it.”

Currently, no one knows where the monkey has been or gone, but they are still are keeping their eyes out for him.

 Overcrowded bus drives off bridge in India | ABC News

In Central India, 46 passengers climbed aboard a bus trip which did not end well for them.

The bus was supposed to be designed for 34, but they reached their max of passengers with 46 people. This resulted in the bus becoming overcrowded.

With reaching more than the maximum space on the bus, the bus drove off a bridge and into a canal killing at least 40 people, and only six were rescued.

Police have stated that more than 110,000 people are killed every year in road accidents across India, and most crashes are blamed from driving recklessly, having poorly maintained roads and aging vehicles.

Python twice the average size found hiding in Florida | San Luis Obispo Tribune

In Central Florida, a pregnant snake carrying 100 eggs was discovered under a drainage pipe.

This snake happened to be twice the average size for any other pythons living in Florida and was about 16 feet and 4 inches long.

This snake was found on a family’s land, and everyone was stunned when seeing this massive reptile.

Football fans predicted to eat 20 million pounds of cheese during the Super Bowl | Fox News

Everyone loves some good snacks during a long game such as the Super Bowl.

A prediction from the Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin is that Americans will eat more than 20 million pounds of cheese during the game.

Although we may not realize it, we can eat so much cheese at one time, since a lot of the snacks we consume include cheese. Snacks like cheese balls, nachos, cheese burger sliders and queso dips are some examples.

Meteor or UFO? Loud boom and bright burst in upstate South Carolina | HuffPost

With more than 30 calls of a 911 emergency, South Carolina residents who lived upstate were alarmed when they heard a booming sound.

Cindie Stubbs, one of the state residents reported saying, “I saw this big, bright light that made sand almost sparkle. It was so bright, it scared me.”

Many of the residents claimed it to be a UFO because they saw an object in the sky which was exploding and crashing. However, scientists say it was probably just a simple meteor.

12-year-old pins down alligator that attacks neighbor | HuffPost

In Hilton Head, S.C., a boy named Joey Maffo saved his entire neighborhood from an alligator that was on the loose after his neighbor Tamra was attacked.

Tamra Shattuck was causally going for a walk with her two dogs when out sprung an 8 foot, 180 pound alligator, biting her foot.

With the help from Joey’s grandpa, the alligator was pinned down to the ground and the South Carolina law said that the alligator must have been killed.
