Going to a new place is always exciting until it’s time to decide where to eat. Well, if your next adventure leads to Greenvlle, SC then have no fear. Here are the top seven food, dessert, and coffee shops that will definitely hit the spot.
1. Tandom Creperie and Coffeehouse
Located in downtown Travelers Rest, it’s the perfect place for a delicious cup of coffee or a signature creperie. It has that small town hipster vibe that is all the rage.
“It’s the perfect place for a study date or breakfast with the girls.” Hannah Nicks said, a Buisness Major at North Greenville University.
2. Husk Restaurant
Husk Restaurant sits in the historic West End district of downtown Greenville. Everything is cooked fresh. Their menu frequently changes with what the region’s producers provide daily. It definitely has that southern charm you want when you come to the South.
3. Smoky Dreams Barbecue and Catering
This family owned BBQ restaurant is the perfect place for your whole gang. You can’t go wrong with the sliced brisket, pork, chicken, ribs and even the wings literally fall off the bone. My go to side with BBQ is mac n cheese and Smoky Dream Barbecue has some of the best.
4. Spill the Beans.
This is one of my personal favorite places in Greenville. They offer a great variety of ice cream and coffee. It’s a spacious brick wall building so you can study or have deep conversations with friends without feeling crowded. Spill the Beans also has a perfect view of the Reedy River Falls
5. Kilwins Chocolates, Fudge & Ice Cream
If you’re like me and can’t walk passed a fudge shop without being pulled in by the delicious smells, this is the place for you. They’re an old fashioned store that sells chocolates, ice cream, handmade sweets and gift baskets.
6. White Duck Taco Shop
Their queso is to die for and their quesadillas and full of flavor. White Duck is that perfect summer place to eat and hangout. The outside seating lets you enjoy delicious tacos and tan at the same time.
7. Trio – A Brick Oven Cafe
You can never go wrong with pizza. Everyone wants it all the time no matter the occasion. Trio has been located in Greenville for 20 years and their signature brick oven pizza will satisfy your taste buds for sure. If you’re not feeling pizza they also have a nice selection of pasta.
