Military appreciation night at the West Georgia vs. NGU football game

On Saturday, Oct. 12th, the NGU Crusaders hosted the West Georgia Wolves at Younts Stadium. This game, however, was a particularly special game. Saturday�s game, was dubbed military appreciation night. The Wolves defeated the Crusaders 42-21.

Timm Artus, Creative Services Specialist at NGU�s PrintHub, was selected as an honorary captain at Saturday�s game against the Wolves. Artus is a retired Staff Sergeant Marine Corps veteran who served in the Gulf War and served from 1991-1994. He wore the number 64 jersey as he walked the field with the other captains.
