As college students, our lives are filled with endless opportunities. More specifically, we have the ability to watch endless amounts of TV and we don’t even have to feel bad about it. If you feel like you helped create the term “binge watch” because of how much TV you watch, this list is for you. Keep reading to find out what throwback shows are considered binge worthy.

This 2000s comedy series centers around a daughter (Rory) and her mother (Lorelai). It showcases the bond that they share and how it carries their relationship from the time Rory is in high school until she graduates college. It’s an all around feel-good comedy that will keep you wanting more even if it is 3 a.m.

This ’90s political drama series has something for everyone. It is full of political tension in the life of the president, but it also employs a love interest or two. This show is what we would consider a much less racy version of Scandal.

This ’90s sitcom is exactly what it sounds like. Friends is a light-hearted show about six friends finding their place in the real world. This show is both encouraging and relatable. Friends is the perfect show to binge watch when you just want a good laugh.

It also features quite a few different love stories, or should I say love triangles. This show will have you believing that you’re qualified to be a real life surgeon in no time.

This 2000s drama series opens the door to a world of privilege most of us have never seen. It makes you feel like you’re a part of the most popular kids at West Beverly High. This show also gives us a look at what unlimited amounts of wealth and power can do even at the age of 17.

This 80s sitcom is everything that it seems it would be. The show tells the heartwarming story of a father raising his three daughters. Full House is multi-faceted. On one hand, it can be serious because of the life lessons that are taught through the Tanner family, but on the other hand it can be extremely comedic through Uncle Joey and Uncle Jesse. This show epitomizes the American family.

The sitcom gives a brief glimpse into three stages of adult life. The characters are split into single, engaged and married. The dynamics this show creates through comedy are unbelievable. The best part about this show is that everyone knows someone that they can relate to one of the characters. After a while, you’ll start to feel like you’re their next door neighbor instead of some of the other characters.
