K9 Officer Brad Jones dog, Leda, received a bullet proof vest from the money raised by the St. Susanna volleyball team. The team is made up of third through fifth graders that genuinely cared about the safety of this police dog. The girls of St. Susanna went door to door around neighborhoods collecting money for Leda. The fundraising ended with the girls raising $2,700 and Leda getting her new bulletproof vest. Officer Jones is very thankful and feels at peace knowing his dog is just as safe as he is. The girls from the volleyball team are wanting to continue to raise money for other police dogs.

Brennon Jones is the founder of this haircutting operation and has been giving people on the streets haircuts and shaves for the past year.  He does his generous work on the streets of Philadelphia. He got his idea from helping out a homeless man with some cash and food but having the feeling that he could do more. He used his barber talents to make this operation possible while also giving out clothes and food. Sean Johnson, another barber in the city, saw what was going on and gifted Jones with a fully renovated barber shop to work in. Johnson was benefited from other fellow barbers when he was trying to make his way so this is how he could repay those favors.
