Fall season brings much more than just pretty colors and football games. According to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, flu viruses are most common during the fall and winter but influenza activity often begins to increase in October.
Spooked yet? The flu is not fun. The only bright side of the flu is maybe catching up on some Netflix, but even then you would rather be healthy and well. The side effects of the flu include:
- Headache
- Fever
- Runny Nose
- Cough
- Sore Throat
- Body Aches
- Tiredness
