Got laundry? There’s an app for that

In order to help students keep their clothes clean, North Greenville University is looking to update to new laundry machines. A new app was created that can connect students directly with the service manager at CSC (Coinmach Service Corp).
This new app is simple to use and speeds up the repair process of broken laundry machines.
“You can still report outages to Student Life, but if you are able to use the app, it will report the outage directly to the company and should result in faster service,” said Billy Watson.
According to the ASI / Mac Gray Campus Laundry Solutions website, “QR (Quick Response) Codes can be installed in the campus laundry rooms, allowing students with smart phones to connect to our service site instantly.”
Download the app by searching CSC ServiceWorks and use the bar code reader to scan your washer or dryer in need of repair or enter the machine ID.
The information will go directly to the service manager who should respond within 24 hours.
According to the ASI website, “The CSC ServiceWorks Service Request app is available through Google Play or the iTunes store. It is a quick and simple method of reporting service.”
In order to help make this new app a success Student Life asks residents to keep the laundry rooms clean and free of trash.
