Seniors say farewell

Seniors say farewell

By Abbi Webb, News & Lifestyle Editor

As another group of seniors prepare to leave North Greenville University and enter into the real world, they take time to say farewell to the place that they have called home for four years.

Joel Player

“As a senior it is bittersweet to think the four years that I was here have flown by, but I am thankful for the university and their focus on Christ. I made friendships that are going to last a life time and I am excited to see what lies ahead in the future!”

Anna Grace Provence

“My past three years at North Greenville University have been some of the most challenging, but most rewarding years of my life. I am thankful that the light at the end of the tunnel has arrived with it being just 16 short days away from graduation as I write this! As I prepare to leave the classrooms of this campus, I look back with a heart of gratefulness towards the people who have so generously helped me achieve my degree. As I walk, one of the greatest treasures that I am leaving North Greenville with is a love for learning. This university offers an outstanding education and many professors that I had the privilege of learning under will forever hold special places in my heart.”

Katelyn Miller

“In high school I always knew I wanted to go to a Christian university and to be able to grow in my faith. I never expected to have all that filled and more by attending North Greenville University. As graduation is coming up shortly, I’m going to miss seeing the friends that have turned into family everyday and I’m really going to miss the professors that helped me grow in my knowledge of my field of broadcast media. They went out of their way to get to know me and my passion and helped me grow in becoming the best and grow in my faith.”

Grayson Goforth

“I just am very appreciative of what the school has done for me both academically and spiritually. I will never forget the friendships I have made here and NGU will always hold a special place in my heart.”

Timisty Nelson

“I would like to thank the North Greenville staff and my classmates for all the support and encouragement throughout my four years at North Greenville University. I thank each of you for making my education so wonderful. It has truly been an experience. As I close this chapter in my life and move on to my next big adventure, I want to encourage you all to follow your dreams and believe in yourself and always remember that ‘can’t’ is not an option.”
