Printers, posters and possible internships.. Oh my!

Brendon Dail, Staff Writer

The Media Center at North Greenville University opened in October of last year and since then has been in full throttle. The facility serves the university as well as the general public for  printed marketing or advertisement needs. Whether it’s academic papers, magazines, flyers or posters, the Media Center prints quality work that shows.

Gary Southern, director of the Media Center, invites all NGU students to take a tour of the facility. It is available for students to use for any special assignments they may need printed. Jason Hutto, NGU graphic designer and web-master, is also ready to assist them.

The facility hopes to one day offer three one-year internships to senior-level art and mass communication students who are interested in pursuing a career in photography, graphic design or print media.

The Media Center is located below the School of Theatre on the back side of the building. For more information on the Media Center, please call 864-663-0271 or visit www.ngu-mediacenter.com.
