Want to know where North Greenville University ranks among other Christian colleges and universities? You’ve come to the right place.
One of the most credible sources for ranking Christian universities, christianuniversitiesonline.org publishes many different lists including a wide variety of categories. The intention of providing this information is to help students and parents who are seeking to make the most informed decision possible when choosing a Christian university to further their education.
In the website’s list of the “Top 50 Christian Colleges and Universities with the Lowest Debt Burden”, NGU ranks fourth in the nation and top in the state of South Carolina, with the average net price being $14,954, the average amount of aid received coming out at $23,449, total indebtedness being $15,000 and percentage who borrowed at 70 percent.
The intention of this stat is to highlight schools that are keeping the debt burden of their graduates as low as possible because of how much of an impact excessive student loans has on a graduate in the long run.
In another list, “Top 50 Christian Colleges and Universities Exceeding Expectations”, NGU ranks eighth, focusing on the wide variety of undergraduate programs offered as well as graduate courses and online opportunities. Some stats including a predicted graduation rate of 43 percent with an actual graduation rate of 54 percent leading to an exceeding expectations value of 11.
The list also notes that the 2014 U.S. News & World Report Best College Rankings had NGU tied at 25th in the South region.
