I love how the food is always fresh and how the country store along with the cafe style dining makes me feel at home.

Chocolate Moose Bakery

The cupcakes are really good and cheap. The people there are really nice. Every week they have specialty cupcakes and they have free wi-fi.

Tandem Creperie and Coffeehouse

Tandem is a unique place to eat crepes and sip on coffee with friends. The menu is not too overwhelmingly long which makes it easier to choose what delicious crepe you want to eat! Also, the staff is friendly in serving you. Whoever thought of turning an old building in Travelers’ Rest into a creperie thought right.

Coffee Underground is a place to go and relax and hang out with friends while enjoying coffee or dinner. It has a laid back atmosphere and a dining experience I had never had before.

Pita House

Pita House is one of those hole in the wall places that you wouldn’t know was there. When you walk in you’re greeted by the pleasant aroma of Middle Eastern spices and Turkish coffee. The owners are Palestinian Christians, so every dish delivers an authentic taste of Israeli cuisine. Everything from the handmade pita bread to the fresh tabouli salad to the flaky baklava is divine. Pita House is truly a local treasure for those who enjoy the flavorful experience of Middle Eastern cuisine.
